In connection with the situation with the pandemic COVID-19 and the applicable quarantine regime in major cities of Kazakhstan (the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2020 № 48 “On restrictive quarantine measures and their gradual mitigation) the RSE “Kazakhstan Center for Interbank Settlements of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan”  in order to prevent infection and spread of coronavirus infection, decided to cancel the annual meeting for users of payment and information systems of Kazakhstan scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020.

In the IDPC informational system implemented the technical ability to connect to the IDPC system using the Internet via an IPSec tunnel if the participants have a static public IP address and the construction of the tunnel supportting equipment.
