IPS
The Instant Payment System (IPS) was launched into industrial operation on June 8, 2022. The IPS has been retained and expanded with new functionality.

Functions of IPS:
- Conducting instant payments and money transfers between clients of different second-level banks using a unified simplified identifier – mobile phone number.
- The ability to use standardized QR codes for all small and medium-sized businesses.
- The system is implemented using modern technologies and ISO 20022 standards.
The mechanism of the universal instant payment system is another step towards the digitization of the financial sector in Kazakhstan.
