Biometric Solutions Testing

Joining the IDEC Platform

To become a biometric solution provider for the IDEC, your company must submit an application that includes the following:

• Legal Documentation:
  • A signed application to join the Adhesion Agreement.
  • A power of attorney (if applicable).
  • Board resolutions and CEO appointment orders.
  • VAT registration certificate.
  • Company charter.
  • State registration documents.
• Biometric Solution:
  • A biometric solution that meets IDEC’s technical requirements (see Appendix 5).
  • Documentation for integration and testing.
  • Proof of ownership or licensing rights for the biometric solution.
  • A signed agreement to test the solution (see Appendix 6).
  • Technical support contact information.
• Additional Documents: Any other relevant documents.

Submitting Your Application

You can submit your application and supporting documents to the Operator in person or by registered mail to the following address: Almaty city, Koktem microdistrict 3, building 21

You can also submit your application electronically through the government’s electronic document management system.
