TARIFFES

for provision of services in the “Identity Data Exchange Center” system (hereinafter – IDEC)

  1. The monthly cost of COID services, regardless of the number of photo image matching operations, biometric authentication operations, two-factor identity authentication operations, and cloud digital signature operations performed, may not be less than 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge per client workstation for financial market participants, and may not be less than 20,000 (twenty thousand) tenge for the category of participants that includes the National Bank, its subsidiaries, legal entities within the structure of the National Bank, non-profit organizations engaged in mandatory deposit insurance, the collection of pension contributions and pension payments, as well as government agencies.
  2. For COID services, a consolidated calculation of session volumes is permitted for groups of companies, provided that supporting documentation is submitted.
  3. New participants are provided with one month of free access to the biometric authentication services, two-factor identity authentication services, and cloud digital signature services.
  4. Payment for the cloud digital signature service that is interrupted by the Client during the two-factor identity authentication process shall be charged in accordance with the established tariffs for two-factor identity authentication.

Where:

Х – biometric provider’s commission, not more than 30 tenge;

У – NPCK commission, equal 50 tenge;

Z2 – differential tariff for clients.

5. * The COID service tariffs enter into force 30 (thirty) calendar days after the publication of the amended tariffs on the NPCK JSC website (http://npck.kz) and/or after a notice is sent to users via email.

** The cost of the service depends on the biometric solution provider selected by the participant.

*** The tariff does not apply to government agencies participating in pilot projects of the Open API Information Exchange System.

Due to the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of January 1, 2026, all services provided by JSC “NPC” are subject to VAT at the rate of 16%.

The tariffs for services provided by Joint-Stock Company “National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in 2026 were approved by Resolution No. 38 of the Board of Directors of Joint-Stock Company “National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated December 25, 2025.
