Costs for participating in the interbank money transfer system, interbank clearing, mass electronic payment system, and the bank message exchange system:
2. The cost of processing one interbank electronic payment document in the interbank money transfer system on the last operational day of the financial year:
3. The cost of transmitting 1 (one) kilobyte of information in the bank message exchange system is 4.00 (four) tenge.
4. The cost of reissuing one interbank electronic payment document is 15.00 (fifteen) tenge.
5. The cost of canceling one interbank electronic payment document is 30.00 (thirty) tenge.
6. The cost of providing one account statement on request is 15.00 (fifteen) tenge.
Within one calendar day, three account statements are provided free of charge to all users of interbank clearing, including the final statement after the close of the operational day.
7. The cost of issuing one electronic message from the archive of the Kazakhstan Interbank Settlement Center (hereinafter – NPK) upon a written request from the user is 500.00 (five hundred) tenge.
8. The total payment for services in the Interbank Money Transfer System within a month, regardless of the number of services provided, cannot be less than 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand) tenge per one client position.
9. The total payment for services in Interbank Clearing within a month, regardless of the number of services provided, cannot be less than 8,000.00 (eight thousand) tenge per one client position.
10. The total payment for services in the Mass Electronic Payment System within a month, regardless of the number of services provided, cannot be less than 5,000.00 (five thousand) tenge per one client position.
11. The total payment for services in the Bank Message Exchange System within a month, regardless of the number of services provided, cannot be less than 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred) tenge per one client position.
