Tariffs SMEP

Hereby informs you that, in connection with the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 01 January 2026, all services provided by JSC “NPCK” are subject to VAT at a rate of 16%.

For services for participation in the interbank money transfer system, interbank clearing, the mass electronic payments system, and the banking message exchange system:

1. cost of processing one interbank electronic payment document within one calendar day:

2. cost of processing one interbank electronic payment document in the Interbank Money Transfer System on the last operational day of the financial year:

3. the cost of transmission of 1 (one) kilobyte of information in the Banking Message Exchange System is 1.0 (one) tenge;

4. the cost of re-issuance of one interbank electronic payment document is 20.00 (twenty) tenge;

5. the cost of cancellation of one interbank electronic payment document is 40.00 (forty) tenge;

6. the cost of provision of one account statement upon request is 20.00 (twenty) tenge;

Within one calendar day, three account statements, including the final statement after the closure of the operational day, are provided free of charge simultaneously to all users of interbank clearing;

7. the cost of issuance of one electronic message from the archive of the National Payment Corporation (hereinafter – NPC) upon a written request of the user is 650.00 (six hundred fifty) tenge;

8. the cost of processing one informational message within one calendar day:

“Request to change the message priority” – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Account parameter status request” – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Request for obtaining directories of banks or users” – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Notification of non-receipt of funds” – 40 (forty) tenge;

“Investigation result” – 40 (forty) tenge;

“Bank request to cancel a payment” – 40 (forty) tenge.

9. the amount of payment for services in the Interbank Money Transfer System during a month, regardless of the number of services provided, may not be less than 20,000.00 (twenty thousand) tenge per one client workstation;

10. the amount of payment for services in Interbank Clearing during a month, regardless of the number of services provided, may not be less than 10,000.00 (ten thousand) tenge per one client workstation;

11. the amount of payment for services in the Mass Electronic Payments System during a month, regardless of the number of services provided, may not be less than 6,500.00 (six thousand five hundred) tenge per one client workstation;

12. the amount of payment for services in the Banking Message Exchange System during a month, regardless of the number of services provided, may not be less than 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred) tenge per one client workstation.
