Tariffs ISMT

For services provided for participation in Interbank System of Money Transfer,

Clearing, System of mass electronic payments, System of instant (mobile) payments and Banking Messages Exchange System

3. the cost of transferring 1(one) kilobyte of information in the banking messages exchange system is 4,00 (four) tenge;

4. the cost of transferring 1 (one) kilobyte of information in the banking messages exchange system is 1,0 (one) tenge since the transition to international standards ISO20022;

5. the cost for re-issuing of one interbank electronic payment document is 20,00 (twenty) tenge;

6. the cost for cancelation of one interbank electronic payment document is 40,00 (forty) tenge;

7. the cost of providing one statement of account according request is 20,00 (twenty) tenge;

During one calendar day, at the same time, all users of interbank clearing receive three account statements for free, including the final one, after the completion of operating day:

8. the cost of providing one e-message from the archive of the Kazakshtan Interbank Settlement Center of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – NPC) according to written request of user is 650,00 (six hundred and fifty) tenge;

9. the cost of processing one information message within one calendar day:

“Request information about messages in the queue“ – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Request to change the priority of the message“ – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Request for the status of the account parameter“ – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Request for obtaining directories of banks or users“ – 20 (twenty) tenge;

“Notification of non-receipt of money“ – 40 (forty) tenge;

“The result of the investigation“ – 40 (forty) tenge;

“The bank‘s request to cancel the payment“ – 40 (forty) tenge.

10. the amount of payment for services in Interbank System of Money Transfer during a month cannot be less than 20 000,00 (twenty thousand) tengeper one client place, irrespective of provided services quantity;

11. the amount of payment for services in Interbank Clearing during a month cannot be less than 10 000,00 (ten thousand) tenge per one client place, irrespective of provided services quantity;

12. the amount of payment for services in System of mass electronic payments during a month cannot be less than 6 500,00 (six thousand five hundred) tenge per one client place, irrespective of provided services quantity;

13. the amount of payment for services in Banking Messages Exchange System during a month cannot be less than 2 500,00 (two thousand five hundred) tenge per one client place, irrespective of provided services quantity.
