SWIFT Service Bureau is a software and hardware complex implemented on HP blade servers with Windows Server 2008 operating system and SWIFT Alliance Access interface.
Provision and maintenance of the required SWIFT central interface infrastructure in accordance with the SWIFT criteria. This infrastructure includes communication lines to users, modems, cryptographic equipment and other peripheral equipment.
Installation of software, testing and configuration of equipment for all users (turn-key).
Timely provision of all types of software updates.
Necessary training of personnel to work with a local terminal and communication facilities.
Provision of hot support on all issues related to the work of SWIFT, provision of technical and operational advices, resolving problems related to the analysis and investigation of specific cases, provision of temporary solutions within the required time.
Work with SWIFT Help Desk on behalf of NPC users.
Provision of assistance in completing registration documents.
When connecting users through the Service Bureau to the international SWIFT network, two connection schemes are used:
1. SAA – SWIFT Alliance Access – software used by the User for accessing the SWIFTNet network by the “Shared connection” scheme – providing on-line user access to the SWIFT Alliance Access central interface of the Service Bureau through specialized software of two-factor authentication and SWIFT Alliance Webplatform;
2. SAG – SWIFT Alliance Gateway software used by the User working on the SWIFT Alliance Access / Entry complex for accessing the SWIFTNet network using the “Gateway connection” scheme, through the “SWIFT Alliance Gateway” of the Service Bureau.
Minimizing financial costs while retaining all functions.
The tasks of administration of the complex will be carried out by the staff of the Security Council.
No additional office space is required to accommodate software and hardware.
The SWIFT terminal installed in the SAT has higher technical and functional capabilities than the standard configuration terminal.
Reduction of financial costs when implementing new concepts by the SWIFT community.
Acquisition of your own complex is unprofitable, if you plan to receive and send less than 200 messages a day.
Shared Connection allows you to purchase your own complex without losing attachments.
