The total amount payable for the services during a month (regardless of the number of services provided) must not be less than 20,000.00 (twenty thousand) tenge excluding VAT per month for each participant of the Digital Tenge Platform.

Services provided within the ‘Digital Tenge’ project are free of charge for authorized government agencies.

The tariffs will come into effect on the 6^th of September 2026.

Until the tariffs for the Digital Tenge Platform’s services come into effect, a tariff of 100 (one hundred) tenge per month (excluding VAT) shall apply during the industrial production phase.

The fee for the storage and use of a single pair of cryptographic keys is 5,000.00 (five thousand) tenge per annum (excluding VAT) for participants who have entered into an Access Agreement for the provision of services to connect to the HSM ES for the issuance, storage and use of cryptographic keys with the “National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan” JSC (hereinafter referred as the National Payment Corporation JSC) to interact with the Digital Tenge Platform.

Services related to the storage and use of a single pair of cryptographic keys are free of charge for authorized government agencies and individuals.

The tariffs for services provided by the National Payment Corporation JSC in 2026 were approved by Resolution No. 48 of the Board of Directors of the National Payment Corporation JSC dated 6 August 2026.
