A biometric solution is a technological system that uses biometric data to identify and authenticate an individual. Biometrics refers to the measurement and analysis of a person’s unique physiological and behavioral characteristics. Biometric methods provide more reliable and convenient ways to identify an individual compared to traditional methods such as passwords or keys.
The Center provides a multi-vendor platform that allows biometric solutions that meet the established requirements of NPK JSC and meet the following criteria:

- Reliability
- Performance
How to apply to connect your biometric solution to the IDEC
- A legal entity wishing to become a biometric solution provider in the IDEC must submit an application for connection to the IDEC, including, but not limited to:
- a signed application for accession to the Adhesion Agreement on the provision of a simple non-exclusive license for a biometric solution for an IDEC in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Adhesion Agreement on the provision of a simple non-exclusive license for a biometric solution for a IDEC;
- a power of attorney from the chief executive officer (if the Application is not signed by the chief executive officer);
- minutes (decision) of the authorized body of the legal entity and the order on the appointment of the chief executive;
- certificate of registration for value added tax;
- statute;
- documents confirming the state registration/re-registration of a legal entity;
- a biometric solution for deployment within the Operator’s circuit that meets the requirements specified in Appendix 5 to these Rules and the relevant documentation for integration and testing;
- documentary evidence of the exclusive rights to the biometric solution or other document confirming the right of a legal entity to transfer to the Operator the right to use the intellectual property object, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- a signed agreement on testing the biometric solution in the form in accordance with Appendix 6 to these Rules;
- a letter confirming the availability of technical support and indicating its contacts;
- A signed agreement to test a biometric solution;
- additional documents (if necessary).
- The application and other materials are officially sent to the Operator in person or by registered mail to the address: Almaty, Koktem microdistrict 3, building 21. The documents attached to the application shall be submitted in copies.
It is allowed to submit an application for accession to the Adhesion Agreement for the provision of a simple non-exclusive license for a biometric solution for a DCC through an electronic document management system in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
