Tariffs VISA

Hereby informs you that, in connection with the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 01 January 2026, all services provided by JSC “NPCK” are subject to VAT at a rate of 16%.

For services related to the execution of money transfers in the Interbank Money Transfer System (IMTS) based on the results of national interbank clearing carried out by MasterCard for intrabank interbank obligations in the national currency arising from the use of MasterCard cards (KAZNNSS), carried out by VISA for intrarepublic interbank obligations in the national currency arising from the use of VISA cards (KAZNNSS), based on the clearing results provided by the payment organization, based on the results of national interbank clearing of intranational transactions using cards of international payment systems.
