Tariffs «Fasti»

Hereby informs you that, in connection with the entry into force of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of 01 January 2026, all services provided by JSC “NPCK” are subject to VAT at a rate of 16%.

For services of data exchange via the Financial Automated Information Transport System (“FASTI”)

1. Cost per 1 (one) kilobyte of transmitted information

(tenge, excluding VAT)

* – The preferential tariff applies to government bodies, state institutions, as well as state-owned enterprises, legal entities of which fifty percent or more of voting shares (participation in charter capital) belong to the state, and legal entities affiliated with them.

** – the standard or preferential tariff is not charged for data exchange services with NPC from FASTI client workstations used exclusively for data exchange on card payment transactions;

2. the minimum monthly fee per one client workstation, regardless of the connection date and volume of transmitted information (less than 511 KB), is 1,936.69 (one thousand nine hundred thirty-six) tenge 69 tiyn, excluding VAT;

*** – the minimum monthly fee per one client workstation is not charged for FASTI client workstations used exclusively for data exchange on card payment transactions;

3. the cost of issuing information from the NPC archive on the processing of one electronic message (from 6 months to 2 years from the date the message was received in the system) is 1,000.00 (one thousand) tenge, excluding VAT.
