To manage your own registration certificates, the user needs to have:

Active Registration Certificate:

  • A valid registration certificate issued by the Certification Center of NPK.

Pre-installed Cryptographic Information Protection Tool “Tumar CSP”:

  • The user should have the “Tumar CSP” (Cryptographic Service Provider) installed on their system. This tool is likely used for cryptographic operations such as signature creation and verification.

Internet Explorer 6.0 or Higher:

  • The user must use a browser, specifically Internet Explorer version 6.0 or newer, to access the management functionalities
    related to their registration certificates.

To proceed, click on the “ВХОД” (LOGIN) button.
