Certification Center
The Certification Center of NPK (Scientific and Production Complex) operates using hardware and software tools for cryptographic information protection, certified to comply with the second level of security according to ST RK 1073-2007.
In accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature,” JSC NPK National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as NPK) offers you the services of using the Certification Center of NPK, which carries out activities to verify the correspondence of the public key of an electronic digital signature to the private key of an electronic digital signature, as well as to confirm the authenticity of registration certificates (certificates).
Currently, NPK holds a Certificate of Accreditation of the Certification Center from the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, possesses the necessary material and technical infrastructure, and has a well-established system of organizational and technical measures to ensure security.
The Certification Center of NPK employs hardware and software tools for cryptographic information protection, certified to comply with the second level of security according to ST RK 1073-2007.
Registration certificates (X.509 v.3 certificates) of the public key issued by the Certification Center of NPK can be used in electronic document management systems, in bank-client systems, including those using web technologies, integrated with NPK payment systems, in email programs, office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Windows Mobile 5/6 devices, WAP devices, VPN devices from various manufacturers, for creating and verifying the authenticity of electronic signatures in electronic documents, as well as for establishing secure connections using the SSL/TLS protocol and others.
